Cibilo Creek Conference Youth Event - Camp Games & Fellowship with the youth of our fellow conference churches - @Emanuel's Lutheran. (2p-4p on the Lawn or in the Fellowship Hall) Souper Bowl Sunday - Continuing our Hunger Campaign we will sponsor Souper Bowl Sunday. Youth are needed before and after BOTH services to collect canned goods and monetary donations. Offering received will go to The Christian Cupboard. Valentine's Day Planning Meeting - Final planning meeting will be held during the Sunday School hour in the Women's Ministry Room. (9:15a -10:15am) Reformation 365 - 7th - 12th Grade Youth Join Us for Sunday Evening Youth Group. (6:30p - 7:30p in the Youth Room) Valentine's Day Luncheon - Youth will host a Valentine's Day Luncheon Fundraiser. All 7th -12th grade youth are encouraged to participate. Those attending the ELCA Youth Gathering this summer ESPECIALLY! Decorating will take place 2/11/12 - Natalie Alexander is in charge of this portion. All youth need to wear black pants or skirt and white shirts. Please wear NICE shoes. No tennis shoes or sandals. Report to the Fellowship Hall at 10am and plan to be there until 2:30pm. Easter Egg Hunt - Reformation 365 will host an Easter Egg Hunt for the younger children. Report to the Fellowship Hall at 9:00am. Easter Egg Hunt will begin at 9:45am. Confirmation Camp - 6th - 8th grade youth will attend Confirmation Camp @ Lutheran Camp Chrysalis. LYLE I Camp (Lutheran Youth Leadership Experience) - 9th grade youth will attend LYLE Camp @ Lutheran Camp Chrysalis. LYLE II Camp (Lutheran Youth Leadership Experience) - High School Youth having completed LYLE I will attend LYLE II Camp @ Ebert Ranch & Lutheran Camp Chrysalis. VBS Day Camp - Lutherhill Ministries & Lutheran Mission of Seguin will join us in hosting VBS Day Camp. 1/2 day Pre-K & Full-day camp for K-5th graders. 6th - 12th grade youth are needed for Camp Support & Staff. ELCA Youth Gathering - Registered youth will attend the ELCA Youth Gathering in New Orleans, LA. RALLY DAY! - Rally Day Sunday School Kick-off from 9:15a - 10:15a on the lawn. 7th - 12th grade needed to help run games, crafts, & snacks. |
